"I hate to say it was not a Dimond Hotel Experience this time thus was our 2 nd time here. Restaurant service was very bad wait was 1 hr at El Patron and at the Italian restaurant. No staff available but seating available. Food was cold at El Patron 2 days in a row. The crepes place only 1 person to make crepes serve ice-cream they need help there at least 2 -3 people. wait over 1 1/2 hr. Over 10 people always in line waiting. Our excellent best service was at the pool side great service...
