"Staff were amazing. Food was great. Everything was super clean. Only one discomfort was the weird smell in the room. The smell was there the whole time maybe due to rooms being too old or not well maintained. That smell just grossed me out the entire time going to the room. However, rest of the things were amazing, staff, food, services etc."

"Excellent property, we've been visiting for 15 years and we love it. This time though the staff seemed disconnected and rude. We are always welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, this time just a bottle of water and then served the wine just when asking. We travel as a big family and booked a studio and a 1 room suite, and as everyone who knows this property also knows this types of rooms when together can be connected as a big apartment. We were told we had them together just to find out this...

"Considero que los empleados son muy poco empaticos no tratan bien a las personas, evitarían largas filas de espera para las comidas si hicieran reservación previa, no respetan para todas las personas el código de vestimenta ala hora de entrar a restaurante, tratan de venderte sus membresías quitándote solo el tiempo y cuando dices que no son groseros, te dicen que el servicio termina a cierta hora y no es así ya que te empiezan a correr desde antes o te sirven de mala manera, definitivamente...

"We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium Punta de Mita for our very first family vacation. The resort was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous, and we loved seeing the wildlife throughout the property, including iguanas, coatis, and even armadillos. The resort was also very kid-friendly, which made the experience even better for us. Our 2-year-old had such a great time, and seeing how much fun our little one had made the trip even more...

"I have nothing but positive feedback when it comes to the staff, and the attention to their guests. They all work hard to accomodate as best they can The administration however does not truly assure the safety and well being of their guests. My biggest critique is for the lack of care of the largest gathering place = The Pool. There are patches of tiles throughout the entire pool with black mold, which is a health concern, not to mention that in that same area, there is one large area...
