"Rooms were clean but outside the rooms cleanliness was avg"

"Staff were friendly and very welcoming. We found a few maintenance things that they sprung into action to take care of. We were in a suite with a sitting room. The room was quaint and offered a wonderful outdoor porch. The only con to our stay is how uncomfortable the bed was. It was hard and spring filled which kept us tossing most the night with lack of comfort. We left before breakfast, so we aren’t sure how that was, but it smelled good! "I just wish the AC worked a little better"

"It was so clean and bright inside! It made me feel happy even though it was rainy outside and a bit gloomy. Loved the attached restaurant with the amazing pizza! I walked just 13 minutes to get to downtown Manteo and that was a lovely walk. Close to sights like the aquarium and Festival Park. Staff was super helpful too!"

"It was perfect for a one-night stay. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, kitchenette practical, and the access to the beach was great- private and through a separate back door. There were some used (? cleaning) towels over the trash can in the kitchen area. Would go back again."
