"Airport Shuttle from airport is well marked; by a pillar with a digital clock! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing! Our room had a separate bedroom, kitchenette and living room. The washroom was huge with soaking tub and a walk-in shower; wish we stayed more than one night! "For business, I had to checkout of the hotel, but I checked back in a few days later. My only issue with my second stay was the AC wasn't running cold so I was a little hot at night. "The location cannot be beat! Best location for V&A waterfront - we stayed 5 nights. Staff are incredibly welcoming. Nice restaurant/bar and lobby. Hop On/Off bus Stop #2 is right across from the main door. Rooms are clean; lots of space for unpacking. The bathroom is part of the decor/ style of the room, but suggest some shelving for toilettries which could easily be installed under the vanity and one is needed in the shower.
