"The restaurant did not have the wine on the menu and the staff did not know what to do and had no clue what wine was what. The chef called in and they didn’t have a good back up plan. Poor waiter was trying his best and the manager had no clue, but tried. Rooms was super clean!"

"Two out of six elevators were working at checkout. Waited on elevator for 45 minutes and ended up walking down 15 fights of stairs to leave. Wanted to book another night and staff told me to call wouldn’t let me book at desk. Had to circle the hotel several times to finally get to pull to the side to get valet service."

"The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our reservation was a party of 2 with a 6 party posted limit. We had to contact customer service because the host encouraged us to cancel via the app due not being a “good fit” for this protected community. I would be mindful of hosts who charge outrageous security deposits for short stays. I would not recommend this property. There are other great places nearby and more friendly who offer more amenities."

"Nice room. Great location. The bathroom needs attention. Rust stains behind the door. Vanity was peeling. Mold on the shower fixture. Managers should go into bathrooms, sit on the toilet and see what the guest sees."

"The building was old. Elevators sounded like it would break down. Floor in lobby, hallway on 15th floor and elevator floors were dirty, and had uncleaned stains. Bedroom bedding had yellow stains. Air conditioner barely put out cool air. Very disappointed in this stay. The restaurant upstairs was wonderful! Great service, food hot and fresh!"

"Loved this hotel. Giant suite with kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Big complimentary breakfast with waffle maker (my favorite breakfast). Many elevators, so no wait. Best of all, friendly, welcoming staff."
