"We were able to check in early when we arrived"

"We had a great stay while visiting Nashville for our anniversary! The location was perfect for walking, with Broadway about a 20–25 minute walk away. Close enough to enjoy everything but far enough away from the craziness! We loved the layout of the room! Having the bedroom separate from the kitchen and living area was great. One person could relax in bed while the other watched TV or hung out in the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped, and the walk-in closet was a huge plus. The bathroom...

"Great communication great location perfect property"

"Parking was a little sparse but the location and cleanliness was excellent."

"First let me say,"

"We stayed here during CMA Fest and the location was excellent. It was convenient to downtown activities, and the property manager, Carol, was very responsive whenever we reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues affected our stay. The washing machine was not usable, which required us to hand wash clothing during the week. The shower handle had an ongoing repair issue, and the building’s main entrance could be opened without a code, which raised security concerns. We...

"easy in and out. Nice location, right across from a big park and in Germantown. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants."

"Extremely comfortable stay at a very clean (looked n smelt new) modern apt with ALL the amenities u would need to feel that u r home, even a spot to park free in a covered garage, gym n pool. Perfect location to all attractions in Nashville (easy drive to downtown, no problem with parking) or walking to wonderful restaurants n a must see that's only about 6mins walk.. the Parthenon and centennial park. Enjoyed having the balcony to relax on in the evenings. Best place we stayed at in our many...

"Très propre et bien aménagé pour 6 personnes sans problème. Lits confortables, air climatisé très efficace, assez calme. Cuisine entièrement équipée, café, savon à linge, savon à vaisselle et autres savons fourni. Les photos reflète très bien la réalité. L’arrivée et le départ s’est fait facilement. Seul bémol, j’aurais aimé savoir avant de réserver que l’appartement était au 3 ieme étage, l’information de départ était pas clair."

"This place was very nice and very close to broadway like literally no more than a 10min drive The check in part was complicated I had to call to get my keys to the unit because the instructions were never sent The lady walked me through the steps and I appreciate that but she told me to pay for parking and I told her I thought parking was included she stated no and I need to pay but once I arrived to the unit I saw a parking pass for my vehicle I was so angry because I already paid for the...

"Best place ever"

"The room was clean, easy access to the parking lot , not very noisy and it was only 10 min away from Broadway so it was a perfect distance."

"Bed lights do not work. Carpet in master bedroom needs cleaning."

"The owner was very easy to communicate with. The place was absolutely gorgeous and very clean when we arrived. It is in a gated complex which also made it feel safe. It did not look like any of the pictures though. Also our unit had an extra bedroom then we expected. "

"Clean and great location!"
