"Incredibly hostile and offensive front desk attendant. Demanded that I give her a cash deposit despite paying for the room on a card. Expedia did not disclose this requirement in advance. Almost all hotels require a deposit. It is already clear that the hotel accepts credit and debit cards because that's how my room was paid. But then the angry and abusive attendant jumps down my throat for telling her that such an abnormal requirement should be disclosed in advance. At one point she says that...
