"DONT BOOK IF YOU HAVE KIDS! This place would not refund me. I did not realize kids could not access the property even with the pool, restaurants, buffet or rooms. I did not see a 21 and up policy on Expedia. I didn’t realize this until I was checking food options on our way there in the middle of our 12 hour trip and we had booked this place as a stopping point for the night. I even called ahead of time to make sure they received my booking a month in advance and the lady did not mention this...

"I had the best scrambled eggs………….and got to meet Glenda that made them!!! The staff was friendly and helpful. My favorite place to stay in South Haven!!"

"Hotel overall was great. They have a new cook my food was terribly made. I purchased pancakes and bacon. My pancakes had to be made twice the first was an experiment and the second time they were flat as tortillas. No fluff at all!! The previous cook Tony was awesome. I will not order food again from the restaurant until it improves. The cashier has been ther for awhile and was apologetic and very helpful."

"New hotel so everything was in great condition and clean as expected. Smells like a new furniture store :) Breakfast was great, plenty of options for everyone. Close to several fast foods for late snacks/meals."

"place was clean and had a full size refrigerator electric stove and sink.The 2 complaints I have are that the shower needs something to put things on and a handle to hold on to. Also, the beds were very high and being maybe 5 feet tall made it difficult to get into."

"The whole place was not fit to stay. No lighting, wires were out where light should have been. No water for shower head, just a few streams. No wifi. No television when storming out. No place for 2 people to sit unless on bed. Would not recommend to anyone"

"The shampoo and body wash containers were completely empty. We reserved for 6 people and they left 4 towels. The breakfast was NOT GOOD!"
