"Staff was not very helpful. They just pushed you on to the next person who “might” be coming in later but then they didn’t. Most of the time there wasn’t even anyone at the desk. Phone was not connected in room and was told they were being worked on but then realized it was simply unplugged. And the pool water did not look clean, which was something that I really wanted to do. The hot tub was empty. TV was dark and I asked for help and a guy that came in just acted like there was nothing...

"Room wasn't very clean, the shower had mold along the wall in the shower. Staff member was rude during the check in and was too busy to answer questions. Breakfast was gross, berries that we paid for had mold on them. Pu us and ONLY us in the hall next to the construction so we got to listen to that and then in the morning they all talked and yelled t=right next to our door so we could not sleep. I called and complained and she was kind of put off and said she would take care of it but DID NOT!...
