"We arrived back to the hotel after attending a wedding. There was no available parking when we arrived. Breakfast had the potential to be really good, but all the food was cold. Otherwise, place was brand new so very clean, staff was very nice. Walls paper thin, was on end of building and top floor and could still hear a lot going on in the hallway and rooms next to us. "

TV cable did not work well. guide not lined up with the TV channels on the TV. I forget a pillow and you were helpful in retrieving it from my room and having it at the desk for pick up by a friend of mine. Breakfast was good value for overall price paid. As was the guest room. "Loved our stay at Sara Glen. We felt very welcomed at check-in. The only downside was that the room felt outdated and smelled "old"."

The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, the entire was hotel clean and tidy, and the big bonus was the breakfast, including hot food items (eggs, sausage, and waffles). "I came to this hotel with a friend for a zen retreat. The space is brand new and well designed but the staff seemed a little inexperienced and like they are still figuring things out. The sauna was broken which was something we were looking forward to. The room was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The rooms are not very sound proof for anyone who is a sensitive sleeper. The robes in the room was a nice touch. Overall a good stay and great value for weekday rate but I would have...

"Rooms are spacious and beautiful very clean. Showers are excellent. Lots of charms. Thanks for the coffee, tea, and snacks- they came in handy. Wish there was some sort of food onsite or drinks too. Maybe offer done board games or cards to entertain Would return!!"
