"The customer service was great as was the location. However, that was the only good thing. We had to ask for additional towels as only 1 set was provided for two people; there was no coffee in the room nor ice bucket. The description of the hotel said breakfast was provided, however, there was no breakfast and the office was closed when we tried to find it.
We then noticed that the towels were used/stained. The floor in the bathroom was filthy and ants were seen. Dust coated the back top of the headboard. Our feet were sticking to the floor in the main room. After walking around in white socks, the bottoms were brown. Pulling back the covers on the bed revealed sheets that didn't look too clean. Luckily, we had extra blankets in our car, and we slept on and under those. We also noticed an outlet hanging out of the wall.
We were both grossed out by the room and couldn't wait to get home and take showers and wash all our clothes and blankets.
