"Absolutely charming, nostalgic mom’n’pop hotel. Right in the river. We sat, drank our coffee, and watched the boats pass from our porch. The room wasn’t large but wasn’t small either. It’s an older property but the room was neat, clean, and nicely updated. Bed was comfortable and we had no problems at all. Ms Carol and the staff were warm and friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Perfectly out of the way and peaceful but with plenty of options for enjoying the river. We’ll be back!"

"Quick 1 nite sisters trip. We had very convenient rooms on 1st floor near lobby. Made dinner & breakfast reservations thru open table..or u can call hotel directly. Dinner in Conquistadore was fantastic. All 3 meals were well prepared & flavorful. Breakfast in la hacienda also good..theres a buffet daily or al la cart. Sun brunch & afternoon tea,cooking lessons etc.. yes its a bit dated ; may not be best choice for ADA,but the value for the price was fair. pretty property."

"The only thing I was disappointed in is the cleanliness of the pool and the hot tub was boarded up. Otherwise the hotel was very nice. "

"The hotel had a lightening strike during our stay and was without electricity for about 6 hours, and the elevator was out for the last evening and checkout morning of our stay. While this wasn’t their fault, I would have liked to have seen the management work to have additional staff on hand to help guests that needed help to get breakfast or get help with luggage. I understand these were extenuating circumstances, but their breakfast and coffee were so superior, I was surprised at the seeming...

"The staff were very kind and helpful. Selection of restaurants and coffee shops in immediate area were excellent as we did not have a vehicle for three days. Everything was within short walking distance that we would need for our stay. We were happy to have a shuttle from the hotel to Epic Universe, and even though there was one offered to Universal Studios we decided to take the short walk ourselves. We would stay here again for sure."
