"Staff was great! They suggested off the beaten path places to see the wildlife. Made sure we knew when the launches were taking place and even have a place set aside to watch them. Will definitely stay here again if im in the area. Facilities were kept spotless and comfortable. We paid extra for the launch view room and it didn't disappoint. The launch was amazing. Close enough to rattle the windows but far enough away that I accidentally slept through one. Overall a great experience."

"Really wanted to like this hotel. Everything was new and clean. The employees were great and helpful. The location is also pretty good and a short drive to may places to eat. Here is what I didn't like. The ac in my room. I like my room cold so I set my thermostat to 66 deg in prep to go to bed. Maybe it was my room, but up until around 130a, the temp stayed in the 70s. My wife and I were hot and when the ac came on, the air circulation was weak at best. I tinkered with the thermostat...

"The lady at the front desk was extremely energetic and gave us all the info on breakfast, etc. The room was clean but the a/c was loud. The bathroom was clean but had hairs in several places, we didn’t have any face cloths, just hand and bath towels."

"The property was not kept clean. Pieces of food, paper, wrappers all over. No towels in bends by pool. We got a drink at the pool bar & had an open tab. The bar staff closed it out & added 22%. We had no idea this would happen. Poor communication & the front desk staff seemed short of patience not only with us but other customers. The dining room staff was top notch!! We will not return to this Hotel ever!"

"Check in was terrible and idk what the problem is with marriot and expedia but your interface but this is the second time you short booked me and only left me with my stay minus one night and had to pay extra to spend my last night"

"Cream room but only 1 small trash can in bathroom and needed one for kitchen. Comfy bed. Great breakfast. Unable to check inl early as very busy and rooms not ready. Will definitely stay here again."
