"Staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. When we first checked in Aaron's enthusiasm was infectious and it started our weeks break off perfectly 😊 in the restaurant Lexi & Belinda were sweethearts and made sure we had everything we needed. 🍽️ Food in the restaurant was fabulous 😍 tried different items on the menu throughout the week and everything was delicious 😋 never a bad meal and we had breakfast and evening meals in the hotel/restaurant. "My family (especially my 5 year old daughter) and I LOVED seashell cottage. Cromarty is a special place for us and the cottage was a wonderful and cozy place to stay while we were visiting. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The rooms and common areas are opulent and luxurious. The grounds are wonderfully manicured with exceptional views out to the sea. There is even a haunted castle ruin on site! All the staff are wonderful and friendly, especially Andrea who looked after my family and I on our short stay. Without a doubt, one of the prettiest hotels in Scotland! "
