"I questioned this property when we booked but everything was a 5 star. The property was clean safe and it a great area. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The breakfast was good and the happy hour was very good with nice wines that wernt cheap. The staff was great and always willing to help. They had bikes and golf carts to rent. The Lfyt/Uber ride is only 10 minutes to and from the airport. A car is not necessary to rent. We will be staying there again next...

"Travelled with small children. The site stated there was a hot tub, but we could not find the hot tub and the pool was cold, making it hard for my family to enjoy the pool when we couldn’t warm up in a hot tub. The live music was quite loud, with the bass traveling pretty much uninterrupted into our hotel room, making it very hard for my family to sleep. We felt it was a hotel designed more for young adults than for families with small children. My wife was glad we only stayed there one night....

"I will definitely be staying again at Havana Cabana at Key West! I highly recommend checking out the Griselda room it’s spacious and perfect for 5–6 people. The staff was incredibly kind from beginning to end. I truly felt like I was on a vacation away from home. On our last day, my siblings and I spent time enjoying the amenities and lounging by the pool, which was such a great experience. "We had a great time. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The beach and two pools are perfectly located. A easy walk to Duval st. The rooms are nice but not much storage or closet space for clothing. The showers could use some shelving for personal shower products. The food and drinks are outrageously expensive, so you may wa t to think about dinner and drinks elsewhere. Overall we really loved the place. The staff was amazing. We will come back next year. "
