Khách sạn Rockland Lake

"The rooms were very uncomfortable and run down and dirty. Had bugs in a drawer of one room and poop smeared across the front of the bathroom sink in the other room. We left immediately and ended up booking our stay right then and there at another hotel. It cost us a financial loss to our weekend."

"The indoor heated pool was clean and great all around. The included breakfast was inconsistent with their protein. One day it was sausage gravy, the next was sausage links, and the third was turkey sausage patties. No bacon! 😭😭😭"

"Went for Halloween weekend it was very nice pool was nice as well there a Dunkin’ 3 min walking distance and a 7 min drive to tarry town it was wonderful"

"Clean, friendly staff, would stay again"

"Spent halloween weekend there. insane prices for what was provided. air conditioning control didn’t really work at all. you have to pay for a microwave in your room. also have to pay for a morning buffet but do NOT eat the food there it is all bad. the room was clean however we were in one of the top suites of the hotel. staff was nice and helpful."

Although we do bring our own pillows :) We didn’t use any amenities except I hung out in the lobby two mornings in a row. It was a little chilly every time someone went in or out but quite comfortable. This is a dog friendly hotel and there were so many little/medium sized dogs wandering around with their owners (always on leash) it was such a joy."

"It was a really nice hotel to stay at for the weekend. It was very accommodating. If you didn’t wanna go out in town there was a restaurant and bar in the hotel. There was a spa in the hotel gym. It was great."

"Staff was not trained to use software at check in which made the process take 20 minutes per guest with incorrect rooms assigned. Rooms had luke warm water, breakfast was not stocked properly and had out of date items as well as poor tasting/old tasting coffees, juices, soured milk and water. rooms were in poor condition. bedding was dirty and stained on arrival, toilet flushed continuously all night. as well as moldy fixtures and aggressively dusty and sticky floors. would not recommend staying...
