"After a long red eye flight I checked in early and went straight to breakfast. I met Nicole who was staff looking after the breakfast room. Nicole was very welcoming, extremely pleasant and a ray of sunshine. I chatted with her through my entire breakfast and walked away thinking what a great ambassador for this property. Great job!!!"
