"I feel so bamboozled! How in this world is this location rated so highly? I simply may never understand. The room was torn apart from simply the window curtains (literally torn apart and hanging off) to the tub/shower that leaked water just cause we were simply in it using it; So you guessed it, water all over the floor after each use. So much so, I’m pretty sure that was mold I saw behind the toilet. Furthermore, don’t expect room service of any kind. You’ve gotta haul tail downstairs for every little thing. And when you get there, there’s no more than one rep at a time to assist so you’ll be waiting. I doubt the sheets ever get changed as our originals felt “weird”. The weather was nasty this weekend so the indoor pool was a must as our little always wants to swim. Nice size pool and jacuzzi and indoor is such a plus, but the smell of the chlorine was so strong, we could never stay for too long as it burned our eyes. I went here off the basis of previous reviews and I’ve just come to the conclusion that people’s perception of what a “good” hotel is just REALLY low! This was just somewhere to stay and I’d be a fool to stay again. Best part of the stay had absolutely nothing to do with the property, but the new Tanger Outlet up the way with all of those food/shopping options. That was so nice, and many of the places around have only been open for a few months if that. Mini golf, food galore within great prices.So there’s much to do to entertain yourself on that nearby exit. "
