"I was exhausted from traveling and the stress of a new job and accidentally left my good pair of black shoes behind. I realized almost immediately and let the front desk know and that I would be back in less than a week and she said they would secure them and hold for 30 days. "When booking the rooms it never said the slides were down & the main pool was drained, even after it was booked with no refunds on the rooms, nothing was mentioned about the water park until you arrive onsite & check in & the place still wants to charge you 10.00 for parking. this is ridiculous. The next morning breakfast was not up to standers; everything was cold & the pancakes were hard like a puck."
