Just fyi no clerk after a certain time so that was a little on me for not checking the emails properly but the contact person answered my call in good time. The hammock in the room was a fun touch!! "Great downtown location close to shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The breakfast was a great deal and very good. The gym was fabulous with good equipment. The downstairs and rooftop bar were a lot of fun. I will stay at this hotel whenever I am in Missoula."

"There was a hole in the bathroom door. The bedding was stained. The outside door would periodically not work so you would have to walk all the way around. The tv would turn off and not turn back on. The hotel is non smoking...but it smells like a stail cigarette.The cleaning staff was rude. There was barely anything for the breakfast. Would not stay there again, especially at the price point."

"Well...never been to a hotel..that says check in time..3pm..you get there at 430 and have to wait until 530pm as limited to no staff scramble to clean rooms. Maybe it was a hard 2 days for em..with concert goers...but that is unacceptable when u have somewhere to be. I question what actually got cleaned..as I watched them make bed..with door open.. it smelled fresh like they did a quick spray of surfaces and remote..etc.. and took trash...the bathtub had hair in it..dirty and standing water.. no...

"The room was not clean enough. The washroom was smelly. The floor was not clean. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to provide rolls quickly. There were not enough tissue rolls in the washroom."

"This was such a beautiful and comfy stay for us on our way through Montana! Missoula is a lovely town and this stay was super conveniently located to enjoy it! The breakfast at the Breakfast Club was AMAZING as well."

"Our stay was the 2bedroom suite with 7 people group. It's not super roomy, but quite enough, and all amenties were flawless, including the sofa-bed, bath, breakfast and temporature control quality per room. Front desk was kind, and the best of all was the tiny creek from the backyard. Probably the major downside was the price, but it was an acceptable range considering the quality. It was about 20-30% more expensive than one where we stayed in Kalispel with similar condition and quality. Again...
