"The room was very clean and comfortable. You can tell a recent renovation happened here. The location is great and easy to access restaurants and shops downtown. Parking was very accessible. I didn’t think I’d like not having staff working there and a front desk, but I’m a big fan now of having a key code to get into the building and my room! The fridge, microwave, and tea kettle were great in the room. Also there’s a stunning view out the front of the hotel!"

"It is a very nice looking hotel and very clean, but if you get placed in a room on the alleyway plan on being woken up extremely early by businesses, trash trucks and every other sort of noise that can go through there. It was our honeymoon and they refused to move us rooms either. Our AC went out twice. It was very disappointing given how highly rated the hotel was."

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We paid over $300 for one night because we were in town for the marathon. As soon as we walked in, there was a strong odor, the couch was badly stained, and the room felt dirty. After walking barefoot for a short time, I looked at the bottoms of my feet and they were black. The night before a marathon is when you need a clean, comfortable place to rest, and there was no way I could relax in those conditions. We ended up paying another $700 for the only...

"The water in the tub / shower would not turn off completely. It was leaking water from the faucet and the on /off water temp handle. We went dinner, upon our return to the we discovered water all over the floor. When we contacted desk, they came to the room and stated they had been having problems with the shower. Their comment about the problem “ we can’t get someone in until Monday took at it” their solution , wrap a towel around the leaky faucet handle. As a result we listened to the shower...

"The staff were pleasant but the property has been allowed to go into terrible disrepair with holes in the tile by the tub, it took ridiculous effort to try and enter the door which would not unlock and then was so warped it was stuck, the “hot” water was luke warm, the toilet ran and ran - when mentioned to the staff they were aware of all of it but were not able to do anything about any of these issues. We went for the Missoula Marathon as did many of the guests but instead of accommodating...

"Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price."
