"The property was not at the listed address, it was two properties over. The apartment did not have city views, it was ground floor and people on the street could look right in. The traffic noise woke us up each morning. There was exposed wiring in the baseboards which I have photos of. The sofa was tatty, covering peeling off. Their 3rd party booking system was problematic. When we arrived they still hadn’t sent me the confirmation email, even though I had completed all authorisation and...
