Pool says 8am-10pm
First night. They told us pool was closed at 8pm when sign says 10pm and it was 745pm
Next mornings 930am said pool closed she is the only one there and have to wait for someone else comes in.
When talk to another staff. They didnt know what to do.
They said we could have a late checkout at 1pm. Told us all set. We were locked out of room at 1130am. Person never put in computer."

"Our room seemed clean, however whoever stayed in the room before us left their undergarments for us to find. The lobby was nice, but the pool and hot tub were small. There were only 4 lounge chairs and 1 dining table by the pool, so we had to wait until someone moved to set our things down. On checkout day, leaving the parking garage, we noticed 2 vehicles broken into. Don’t leave valuables in your car!"

"Really nice venue with great spaces in a compact parcel. For some reason I had toilet paper in the toilet before I could even use it -- a little distressed by this oversight but I am choosing to see it as that given the holiday period I stayed and not a systemic issue. Parking may be tight but it is free and we had no issues with parking a midsize SUV! Awesome location, close to Stanford and food places near by. Walgreens is across the street, easy in case you need something you forgot! Best of all, quiet despite the Main Street right there"

"I’m not sure if it’s because it’s a holiday, but the room we stayed in was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the sink table, tables and other surfaces. The garbage bins didn’t have plastic bags, and as soon as we entered the room, it smelled terrible! I didn’t sleep well because of the smell, which reminded me of a smoking room. I’m sorry to say, but if we ever come back, we will never book here again."
