"The first night was stressful because so many ants were in our room. The night reception staff offered to change the room because they couldn't do anything at night, and we had to move to a slightly smaller room with a family in the middle of the night. The lady at the reception with glasses- unfortunately, I didn't get her name- was very friendly, professional and helped us with directions to go to Milan Central. We tried to order room service on the 2nd night, but no one picked up the call....

"This hotel was very well kept excellent staff and the room was reasonably priced for a large room. The location was excellent not too far from the Malpensa airport. Breakfast, for a small charge had a large variety of fresh food. The coffee was excellent. The air conditioning was working well and there was plenty of hot water. The bed was wonderfully supportive yet not too firm. Plenty of towels. We had a wonderful stay. Plus the staff was efficient and very. helpful in addition they spoke...

"Our lake view room looked out towards about 5 or 6 evergreen trees, which blocked about 90% of the... lake view. To compensate, we received a free glass of wine. I drove 4 hours to wake up to a view of a lake, and unfortunately didn't receive that. The rest of the hotel was nice. Dinner was outrageously priced. Two entrees and a couple sides came out to about $185 USD, but was on par with a restaurant one-third the price. Needless to say, never again."

"Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Special mention to all the staff at check in who were very kind & helpful! We had 2 rooms for our family of 4 which were ready before the check in time, spotlessly clean and spacious with amazing views & lovely balconies. The breakfast choice was plentiful, with a cold buffet or a hot choice, all of excellent quality and quantity. Special mention to the housekeeping staff who kept the rooms and the entire hotel wonderfully clean & tidy, discretely &...

"Wir haben 5 Nächte verbracht....Mehr als alle anderen und waren enttäuscht ein Zimmer unten neben der Toilette bekommen zu haben. 5 Uhr früh wurden Lieferung gebracht...Schlafen war nicht. Schade Frühstück war prima,sonst Ausstattungen ok"
