I would recommend to anyone traveling to Medford area We stayed as a stopover after camping on river trip and it was perfect. Nice breakfast."

"If you need somewhere clean, quiet, and with good AC, this place is for you! The bed was huge and comfortable. I couldn't hear any cars on the street, which was very surprising. "Clerk and cleaning crew banged on my door at check out time and forced me to leave. Mind you, I have booked for the next day on Expedia and they didn’t see it through their system. Very rude and unprofessional customer service! Some rooms smell like cigarettes and you are forced to stay in there no matter what. Won’t switch you out of the room."

"Upon arrival, we were given a room where the exhaust ventilation system was located and was loud and noisy sounding like a generator when it rattled. We couldn't sleep. We then requested a different room the next day and that room was a lot better."

The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were dirty and slimy. A friend was in the next room and said they didn't even get any lotion and their shampoo dispenser was completely out of shampoo.
