It took us almost a hour in the lobby because there was a huge group of tourists that hadcome before us but even though there were two receptionists they were really slow and inefficient. Hotel is located conveniently from the tram and close also to a small supermarket. Check in was quick and good lift access. Room was excellent, comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Quiet, clean and warm.
