"Staff was exceptionally helpful, and kind. Breakfast had lots of options, and overall was delicious. My only complaint would be with the coffee. I ordered an americano and the brought a big pot full of coffee. It was weak and didn’t have the same bite (it might be better to just make a cup).
The location was ideal for being in the heart of things. With a stocked fridge which was all complimentary, including a little bottle of prosecco!"

"We stayed at this hotel because it was walking distance to the train station. It felt safe even after dark. We had a snack at a nearby cafe after 9pm. Check-in requires Passports in Italy. Staff was attentive, we were a group of 6. It has a luxury feel. We enjoyed the roof top restaurant -views of Rome at sundown."
