"This hotel was the worst place I have stepped into in my entire life.
Firstly when booking, it revealed there was parking onsite but on getting there, it was a disaster with no parking facility, driving around the areas to secure my car, terrible atmosphere from the entrance, unprofessional staff with zero skill that had no idea about the parking facility.
Eventually, my husband had to book another hotel immediately to which was unplanned for our safety. I can never recommend this type of hotel...

"Lack of amenities. There was no intercom or phone for calling reception. Booked two rooms and it was interconnected but asked team several time to unlock door which they kept giving excuses. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available."
