"This is such a charming inn that has been around for over 800 years, which means you are in an old building with no lift and small, winding hallways. These features add to the charm. Our room was spacious and comfortable. My son slept on a sleeper sofa that had the best mattress I've ever seen on a sofa bed and the towels were the softest I've ever had. "We only stayed one night here before heading for our cruise, but location was great and room had everything we needed and very comfortable. The only thing to me tion is thr parking. After booking, we received an email to confirm a parking space had been reserved for us. However when we arrived, we were charge £13 for it, which was not communicated. Also parking is at the rear of the hotel and can be difficult to manoeuvre as quite tight on space."
