"Another great stay at The Royal Oak pub only this time in one of the chalets. Great that There was a fridge & microwave ans I used both ! Sonia & Ian are a lovely couple and it was great to see them again . They have themed nights at the pub and I hope to be going back soon to sample 👌"

"Just finished a lovely stay here. Caravan has everything you could possibly need and more, handsoap, towels, bin bags, washing up liquid, tea, coffee ect. Bedding was clean, and beds were comfy. Shower was warm and powerful enough to wash thick hair. Caravan comes with two parking spots which is great if you need that as its quite unusual on these haven sites. The van itself its a short distance from the main amenities, but is far enough away that its not noisy. We stayed on a very cold and...

"Lovely and clean. Beds were comfy. Fantastic communication. Would recommend booking and would return !"

"We had an absolutely lovely stay. The place was super cozy, beautifully clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The heater worked perfectly, and everything inside was pristine—clearly very well cared for. The chalet itself was wonderful—charming, peaceful, and with a romantic atmosphere that made it perfect for couples, while still being ideal for families. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and the activities available, which were all just a short walk from...

"Everything as expected with the accommodation, great communication throughout from the owners. Great location for beach, Ingoldmels, Skegness or travelling further up and down the coast. "

"Situated in the back street of a residential estate. Surrounded by loud activity outside. People congregated close by revving their car. Cars driving past and hearing everything happening outside made me feel unsafe. I didn’t stay. I left immediately. "

"We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

"Was a little small very tidy and everything to hand x did have strong smell off dogs x but lovley location x"

"has everything you need for a short stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite tiny and wardrobe space is limited. No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. There is a small outdoor area to sit in - if you like talking to the neighbours as all chalets are close together."

"Amazing location, very clean and quiet."

"Adequate basic accommodation however our stay was ruined by interaction with host, who was rude, defensive and argumentative, instructing us to read the fine print when we requested a fresh roll of toilet paper at the commencement of our stay. This property requires byo toilet paper. Interior is tired and dated. You need a car here and coins for electricity meter."

"Basic, but fine if you want to stay close to the ferry."

"The Garden Room was excellent! It had everything we needed - a comfortable bed, heat and tea. It was beautifully decorated and very cozy. Perfect for a long weekend! The garden was beautiful too. Janet was very sweet and welcoming."

"All good. Thank you!"
