"Claimed there was complaints about smoking when I wasn't even in room yet they didn't bother knocking on my door while I was a guest there just waited until after my 7 day stay to hit my credit card with 3 charges $100, $150 and $46!! Plus charged me $33 for parking while their garage was full and I had to pay to park in another garage and walk the further distance late at night with my mother with unsavory characters hanging in the stairwell. "The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was excellent. The parking is expensive, $40 a night. And the room that they put our family in was in the basement! I didn't know that hotels had basements. It was a shocking experience. The window opened to the parking garage. Beware."
