"After a day with weather delays & car trouble had to adjust our travel schedule and stop in Sullivan, MO for an overnight stay. This Motel 6 was pet friendly, clean & comfortable, and it was nice to be greeted by a friendly man at checkin. "

"Can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. Larry and Linda are so sweet and their little scottie Maddie is adorable. They make you feel like your home. The B&B is spotless, quaint and comfortable. They even reopened their hot tub for us. That made the trip. Sitting in the hot tub while the snow was falling was surreal, like something out of a Hallmark movie. The breakfast was delicious. Steep rocky stairs outside, so a warning those with physical handicaps climbing. Albeit, this is a historic location (including the stairs) and that is also the beauty of it. "This is a very cute little house on the end of a quiet street. It's within easy walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, wineries, distilleries, and bars between 1st Street and 5th Street. If you don't mind a longer, hillier walk you could also go further south to City Park or to Stone Hill winery. But there's also easy transportation on the Trolley or local ride services. We were happy to find there were more beds than pictured (3 queen size downstairs between 2 bedrooms, and 2 queens...
