"Filthy hotel. TV remote didn’t work. The refrigerator and microwave had a bad power strip therefore no electricity to the items. Maintenance leaves before check-in. Luckily got a new power strip. Beer bottles in stairway and throughout the parking lot. No locks on outside doors. Not a place to feel safe."

"We did not eat the breakfast because it was only toast or waffles.. The sheets were terrible big bleach spots as well as other stains…even a replacement was the same… The shower was hot and strong which was good but it was obviously not remodeled by a professional..hodgepodge!"

"We got to the hotel later than expected and the counter was closed and there was no staff on duty in the lobby. I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. Most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had"

"I was a guest on the first floor and was unable to use the ice machine because it was broken. There was no luggage rack, so I had to use the only chair in the room to unpack and pack my suitcase. There was no desk or table to write and use my laptop. I was awakened several times during the night because of the shaking of the bed due to other guests allowing their doors to be closed too strongly. There were people smoking majouna at the main door entrance to the motel. I feared for my safety...
