"The room was clean and tidy, tv options was not good no Foxtel, wasn't happy leaving the car out on the street. The hotel put a chain with padlock across the entry to car park 4am and was not reopened till 10 am. A bit of a late start to go back home."

"The service is bad. I ordered two bottles of water after I came back. After 30+ mins, I needed to reorder again since they had missed the first request. When I checked out, the receptionist mentioned I had outstanding breakfast bills, which I was using the voucher for. Moreover, after I checked out, I still receive I had missed the checkout time."
