"Location is convenient and parking is covered and safe. Reasonable parking fee of $15. You are close to everything without the crowds or traffic. Conveniently located near airport, SAP stadium, downtown SJ and freeways. "The room was clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel bar was reasonably priced. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on it.
One tip for anyone staying here for a job interview in San Jose: check the iron before using it. Mine had melted plastic stuck to the bottom. Fortunately, I noticed it before ironing my dress shirt. Otherwise, it would have ruined my interview shirt right before one of the most important parts of the trip."

"We did not use the airport shuttle but it definitely seemed useful. The room was clean, it was just very dark, our view was a wall, and the sheets and pillows were extremely thin. The air conditioning worked amazingly. Breakfast was delicious and it there were many options to choose from. The staff was also very friendly. Also, the check in and check out process was very fast and smooth. Would definitely return."

"I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle.
