Cheap and cheerful. Nice location along beachfront , walkable to food options and main central area of roses. Aircon not very good, so room was very warm. Breakfast buffet average but did the job.

Bel Hotel mais lors de notre séjour nous avions loués une chambre pour 3 Adultes. a notre arrivée dans la nuit il n'y avait plus qu'une chambre 2 personnes. La personne de l'accueil à positionné un lit d'appoint. Je suis conscient qu'elle a fait avec les moyens du bord... Par contre le lendemain matin j'ai demandé à ce que ce soit rectifié mais sans effets l'hôtel étant plein.... Sinon le cadre était bien mais vraiment déçu de cet incident et que dire au départ de la personne à l'accueil qui ne dit même pas au revoir et encore moins comment c'est passé votre séjour ?

Great location.
The hotel has a great position on the beach next to the promenade. Room size is good but the bathroom could do with a makeover, a shower rather than the bath would make better use of the space.

Très bon emplacement, bord de plage ,piscine extérieur avec transat et serviette à disposition, le jeune homme qui la surveille très polis , chambres calme et grande mais mal situés car juste devant la porte des techniciennes de service qui sont bruyantes du coup réveillé le matin et à la sieste, absence de prise à côté du lit, il aurait été bien d'avoir un étendoir surtout en été. Personnel peu compétant pas assez réactif pour ravitailler ou servir et certains peu aimable, buffet petit déjeuner manque de choix au buffet chaud salé mais de bonne qualité en général. Parking hyper cher 25€/ jour. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjours nous reviendrons hôtel idéalement bien située.

Très trés bon hôtel !
L'hôtel est parfaitement bien situé !) La plage est a nos pieds ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon .Les nuits sont calmes même en pleine saison ! La literie est exceptionnelle, et je conseille totalement cet endroit pour un week end ou bien plus !

Passez votre chemin !!!!!!!
Hôtel très vieux, petit déjeuner pas terrible, les chambres pas très propres, la TV marche quand elle veut, il y a des appliques en guise de luminaires accrochées à la tête de lit, ce qui très désagréable, le parking intérieur est horriblement cher alors qu'il y a un parking municipal juste à côté, la piscine est en bord de la route qui amène au centre de Rosas, donc très bruyante et pour compte tenu de tous ces éléments, il est hors de prix !!!!! Le seul point positif est son emplacement qui est à proximité du centre, malheureusement, les propriétaires le savent et se sont endormis sur leurs lauriers...... Donc, passez votre chemin, vous ne manquerez rien !!

Got a different room from what I paid
I booked with hotels.com and it was for two twin beds with front ocean view. They gave me and interior very small room with a queen bed. They said they did not have any other room available. The hotel is nice but it is very unpleasant and unprofessional to book a room and to get something completely different.

Thé hôtel was right in front of the beach , so perfect location. Bed was comfortable but had a few issues with bedside lamps above our heads!!! The bathroom was old fashioned but clean and worked. In all we had a good stay

Nous sommes très déçus par cet hôtel vieillot.Literie decevante pour un trois étoiles. La demi pension accessible avec des queues interminables. Personnel revêche et limite désagréable. A ne surtout pas recommander.Le parking a l'air libre coûte 17 euros la journee.Le rapport qualité prix mauvaist le bruit dès 7 heures du matin..NUL.

Hotels.com error, hotel staff slow & unhelpful.
Through hotels.com we booked one room for three people with a king size bed, and two twin beds. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that our reservation was actually for two people (not three), and the room with three beds that we reserved apparently did not exist. Hotel staff were difficult and extremely slow to get us into a single room, even after we paid extra at reception for the additional guest which apparently had not been registered on hotels.com.

El hotel muy bien ubicado, pero la atención del personal deja mucho que desear, cambian las reglas de lo que publican en las redes. Cambiaron el sistema de estacionamiento y no lo informan y luego te mandan a la calle si no lo reservas y pagas por el. Una pena la forma en que tratan a los clientes cuando explican que no cuadra lo publicado con lo ofrecido.

Change of room
The first night our room had no air conditioning and it had been 38 during the day. Went to reception in the morning, afternoon and evening to get it sorted. In the end asked for a different room. Receptionist Monica was very helpful and Bridget from the bar translating after a time a room found and we had a very restful night's sleep. Overall very clean, good breakfast and great location. Would definitely stay there again.
