"I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t He Stay at the Brae."

"Great place to stay in Edinburgh! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and having a washer and dryer was especially convenient for a longer stay. The location was great, with a bus stop nearby and Haymarket train station just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"The property worked for our family of 5 stay; however, property does not have AC which would be important in the summer. Additionally, sleeping 5 meant sharing spaces as there is only a large great room / kitchen and the master bedroom with master bath. If you need a laundry you’ll have to reserve somewhere else. The location was the best attribute of this property. It is close to everything."

"This property is one of the nicest spots I have stayed in. We were coming off a trip that had us stay at 6 places over 13 days. This was far and above the best. The location was great, check in was so easy and of course the flat was outstanding."

"Loved it and loved Edinburgh. Hope to get back. Amazing place, everything central, great vibe. The unit itself was cute and interesting. A little dark perhaps, wouldn't be ideal in cloudy winter days but this isn't uncommon it seems. The bathroom "ensuite" was in what appeared to have been an old safe. It was a little slippery getting in and out of the shower - non-slip grip tape would be useful. Also nowhere to hang towels was a nuisance. Minor setbacks overall. Everything else was great."

"This was a great place to stay bc we were right in the middle of the town. The room was clean however the bed mattress was too hard making it uncomfortable to sleep and the washer to do laundry wasn’t working . The stairs were really a pain . But overall it was fine to stay at . Noise level was low and everything you need was there"
