"Our stay was for 3 solo motorcycle riders. We arrived (1hr late!) during a thunder storm - soaking wet and misrrable. On arrival, the owner was there to point us to the underground car park. Perfect for unloading a bike in the rain. There's even a shortcut to the hotel. The rooms were small but had everything you need for an o ernight stay. "Villa Appiani is at a great location to get to center of Florence without being right in the center of it. It's a quite location where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and they have a great resturant. Also they provide shuttle service to the entrance of Florence at no extra cost. It's a bit of a walk but worth it. They have two drop off locations close to Florence or midway at another popular sightseeing stop.
