"Room wasn’t the same as the one we booked on line the pictures weren’t the same room"

"Noticed a couple of changes since last time. Breakfast had less items and was reduced by 1 hour, but the binder in room still said open until 1030 am. The hot tub no longer has jets. We had to request toilet paper and tissue, as there were only 3 tissues in the box., and the roll was very near the end. There was a card in our room that said the pool towels had to be returned to the room. Or $25 For each towel would be changed, however there were no pool towels in our room. The complementary coffee was no longer available in the lobby. "

"This cute room with comfortable double bed and new bathroom, and sink area was perfect for our overnight stay. It is close to the beach, and great area for walking as well as close to many stores and restaurants. The staff was very attentive, texting us our codes and emergency numbers if we needed help at any time, which we really appreciated! This was a wonderful stay for my husband and I, we will definitely stay there again!"

"Great central location to walk to our rink venue, lake side and super selection of restaurants. Easy parking , pool was clean and restaurant on sight had great breakfast and evening menus but only open until 9:00 pm so no stopping in for a night cap after the hockey game. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. "
