"It’s managed remotely from another motel in the central city. They want a $200 hold on your credit card. It’s really basic, cheap(ish) accom with an uncomfortable bed (in my room) and very noisy from adjoining rooms. It was ok for a couple of nights when working in that part of Hamilton"

I personally find that to be a crazy health and safety issue but apparently this is not grounds for a refund. I am disappointed by both the hotel and Expedia."
