Pretty clean room, although easy to hear people in the next door room. No shower curtain or glass to stop water getting all over the bathroom, which was strange. Great location next to the airport though and staff were pleasant.

Good hotel, staff were nice, efficient, clean, good location right next to the airport and a bus every 10-15 minutes into town. Would stay there again.

We arrived late at night, yet the bar offered delicious snacks such as carpaccio and bitterballen. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in walking distance from Rotterdam Airport.

Lobby area and main floor are nice and clean. Staff at check in were kind and helpful. However, when you get out of the elevator on the 4-6 floor, you quickly realize where this hotel fails. Everything is grungy, mostly the carpet. Rooms are a good size and quiet being at the airport. The beds are basically foam toppers on a fabric box springs. Was the most convenient stay to fly out at 7am. Otherwise, would definitely find something else.

Good value for business travel

For business travel it does the job. Friendly staff fast checkin and checkout. Bar and restaurant on site big rooms. Quiet mostly. Dirty carpets very soft beds toilet is in a separate space than bathroom. To me it is strange. You go to bathroom to wash your hands after you are done. Breakfast is medium to low. Not tasty but ok. Parking ok.

I was given a handicapped room with no shower curtain. I had to gobto reception 3 times to get another room. Then they gave me a luxury room but there is nothing luxury about it. Not even a fridge. Noisy AC. No welcome drinks. Heating does not heat room well. Lighting is insufficient. Quiet and clean hotel. Breakfast is sufficient but not tasty. Restaurant food is not good. It is an ok stay

Cold...

The coldest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was cold, (after letting the heat run all night we made it up to 19,5 degrees, but started on 17) no heat in the bathrooms, so when you stepped out there, is was freezing, cold in the hallways ect. Only in the Lobby and restaurant were the temperature ok.
