"The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious but had no USB connectors and very few outlets and were hard to reach. Hotel is a bit outdated but there is nothing else that compares in the area. Spa with sauna and steam and huge pool is wonderful. Very strange bar area in red and black sort of a shame it is not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Hotel is in a perfect area for shopping and exploring. Breakfast buffet was okay but hot food was not good. Food in bar and dinner...

"Our check-in was fast and staff were friendly. The room was clean and quiet. We did not try the breakfast (too pricey) so walked to a nearby cafe instead. Location was great - walkable to the train station, restaurants, shops and downtown sights. The only disappointing thing was that the room only had a kettle and instant coffee packages and, unlike most hotels, they did not offer free coffee in the lobby area. For the nightly rate we expected to be offered a complimentary morning coffee."

"This was a great place to stay in Rouen. Right across the street from the Seine. Easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and bars. The gym and pool were well kept up. I wished I had brought my swimsuit. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was great."

"The hotel is ideal for the station and exploring the old town or Rouen. Our party was on the 1st and 2nd floors and we experienced no noise. The rooms are on the small side but have all you need for a couple of nights-the bathrooms are surprisingly large. Our rooms had a modern stylist decor. We opted for the express breakfast for 10euros which was all we needed of a morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Value for money."
