"Warm greeting, staff took our bags and led us to our room. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who gave great recommendations of sights, tours, bakeries, and shops. Amazing pool and sauna! And I love the bathtub in our room."

"If you drive hear pull up at the reception area which is not very well signed. They will then explain how to get in the underground parking area. Rooms are very well appointed and comfy. Bathroom excellent. The staff are extremely helpful. Great location. All in all a good place to stay."

"This was a great place to stay in Rouen. Right across the street from the Seine. Easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and bars. The gym and pool were well kept up. I wished I had brought my swimsuit. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was great."
