"The staff and the amenities were great; however, my partner encountered a dead, large roach in the hallway upon arrival. My partner has personal experience/childhood trauma related to roaches and was freaking out, understandably so. The GM at the Hilton emailed me and sincerely apologized, but did not offer any reparations, and neither did Expedia (booked package); each holding the other accountable. I wasn't looking for cash or a complete refund, but I think a one night stay offer should have...

"Great breakfast and the basketball court was great for the kids! "

"Overall the hotel was beautiful. Had a restaurant on site and an indoor pool which was warm. We paid for the room with the jetted tub and it was broken. We told the desk about it and after some back and forth they gave us a new room with a working one. Then my in laws checked in and they also got a room with a broken tub. Again there was pushback but eventually we got them another room as well. "

I went on a Monday and several amenities weren’t available—the hot tub was closed, the shuttle wasn’t running, and the club was closed. The pool wasn’t heated, so it was too cold to enjoy, and even the fire pit was off. For the price, I expected more to be available. It felt like there wasn’t much to do, which was frustrating"

"Well I would say breakfast could have been better, both days having pulled chicken/pulled pork & then sausage links cut up and then breakfast sausage this morning, the morning would have been better with a more realistic breakfast food- bacon? I’m sure it was because it’s busy and there’s more to make and I’m sure the staff didn’t want the extra work but the idea would have been much better for the weekend or more ideal. Cold coffee? But it was fresh, I do believe there could have been more cut...

"We stayed at the Inn during Valentine’s Day weekend, and our stay was perfect! The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Very comfy bed. Breakfast cooked to order was a highlight, and they accommodated my gluten allergy advance notice. Every employee was incredibly nice. I would eagerly recommend this place to anyone!"
