"I booked a room with queen room with sofa bed. I’m not sure if there was an error because we ended up in a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, gas fireplace and balcony and access to a ski locker on the 1st floor. They let us check in early which was amazing since the ski resort was almost entirely on a weather/wind hold. "The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets.
