"The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. The bedding was amazing Mattress a bit soft for our taste, but that’s a hard one to get right."

"Exactly as described with a few pleasant surprises like wine and cheese cocktail hour and a delicious breakfast of sweet waffles with praline syrup, and savory sausage and potatoes out in the courtyard. Loved the Oglethorpe room plus Charles was very knowledgeable about the homes history - way better than google! Street parking (payment required 8am-5pm) was a bit tricky but staff was very helpful in guiding us! Savannah is definitely walkable from this home. Highly recommend!"

"Would appreciate a sign on site, and on reservation site about parking across street at city parking garage. Without a driveway or pull off in front of hotel on one way street for check in/out, it was awkward and dangerous."

"Room was beautiful & clean! We had an incident with my luggage. Bellhop brought it to the room and one of my suitcases were missing. I started to panic went to the front desk and with in an hour it was found. I feel like I should have received compensation somehow for my stress. Marriott Points, or dinner would have been nice! The pool was very nice comfortable and clean. Staff were great at the pool. We had “do not disturb sign” on the door, we received a text “ they were sorry they missed...

"The hotel is in a great area right at the river. lots of shops and restaurants. The town is walkable and had some great restaurants nestled into the community. Love Lulu’s chocolate bar."

"Loved the location and found the staff to be very helpful in situating me in my room, even though I arrived an hour early. Wonderful view from the room though the in-room amenities were very basic and the furniture dated. Staff at breakfast very helpful and good gym. Not sure what is the justification for paying $25 for destination tax per night on top of state and occupancy taxes plus hotel tax with my booking"

"Clean room, nice breakfast and managers reception. The room did not have a window with outdoor view. The “court yard” window actually faces directly into the hallway, so you cannot get fresh air or natural light without others in the hallway seeing into your room."

"This was my second time staying at this property and it was just as great this time around. Friendly and accommodating staff, very clean and very walkable with my dog. Nice to have a restaurant on property for ease of dining with my pet. We were just stopping over for a night on our road trip back home and it exceeded my expectations. "

"Did not care for the room. No real aesthetic. Not warm-feeling. Very stark. Felt dated and old. Nothing at all special or memorable. Loud noises coming at all times from all sides including the hail. The pool staff was less than attentive to say the least."
