But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. "Black mold and ceiling was failing apart in bathroom. Also the toilet was dirty (from the previous person) when I walked in. Room smelled a little suspicious of moisture that was noticeable."

"Very disappointed after seeing this place had high ratings. I won’t be staying there again, it was horrible. The toilet, shower, & towels were gross. I planned on taking a shower in the morning but after seeing the bathroom, there was no way in heck I was going to. Barely slept because the refrigerator kept rattling & I kept thinking I was sleeping on a bed with bed bugs. There was a guy yelling at someone on the first floor (in his room but it was so loud) so my daughter & I were scared to even...
