"Stayed for one night wouldn’t let us have a late check out. Who doesn’t allow late check out these days? Annoyed for the amount of money they charge."

"I loved our stay here on the ocean. They were able to check us in early. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck. Bed was super comfortable and they provided robes. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, away from the noise of Waikiki then this is the place. Close to Byoto temple and Kailua ranch. Need a car for getting to restaurants but Uber Eats did deliver us pizza went we felt like a lazy evening on the deck."

"Bed Sheets stained with blood, room moved to had hairball in shower, coffee pot did not work, room not cleaned after first night, lack of communication from upper management, sliding glass door misrepresents you can have it open to hear ocean...I could go on but...."

"Easy parking… easy in and out to cruise through the island… friendly staff they always greet and accomodate when needed…my stay at the rainbow tower was great the rooms have been updated!"

"Amazing stay! The property sits right on the beach. Loved the Mai Tai bar and Surf Lanai - the pink pancakes were truly delicious. The staff was incredible and really elevated our stay there. The room was gorgeous - we had previously stayed at the Sheraton right across the way, and it doesn’t have the same historic feel like the Royal Hawaiian does. Definitely recommend!"

"Overall a nice experience but be careful of Oceanview and Oceanfront. Oceanview is the lower tier and will yield you a view of the back of the harbor (dirty) and parking lot. The ocean sits on the left but you have to be at the rightmost corner of your window."

"Zum 3. Mal hier – traumhafter Ausblick aus dem Ocean-Front-Zimmer und sehr zentrale Lage. Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich. Aktuell viele Renovierungsarbeiten in der Lobby und Zimmern ab dem 11. Stock, leider ohne Vorabinformation. In unserem Zimmer 3. Stock waren die Fenster leider nicht dicht. Es wurde vom Hotel schnell nach gebessert. Das wegräumen der Stühle und Tische vom darunter liegenden Lokal nachts war leider nicht zu überhören. Der Ausblick entschädigt aber vieles :)."

"The room was in excellent shape upon check-in! Staff were very polite and helpful when needed. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of a full 5 is because parking being $44 per day AS A TENANT is criminal. Bring your own laptop or tablet if traveling with children too, because the televisions in the rooms come pre-programmed with movies and charge $24.95+tax to RENT a movie for a single play-through. Other than that, phenomenal!"

"Was looking for a nice recently updated hotel in Waikiki that wasn't far from the beach. Outrigger Paradise was perfect for the cost. Very clean and nice hotel. Open lobby and kind staff. We walked, uber'd, and rode the bus to our destinations and the bus stop across the street was convenient. Tons of shopping and coffee places. Target was a block away inside International Marketplace and ABC was across the street. Cool taco stand up the block for a quick bite. No coffee shop in hotel but there...

"For the price paid for the room and its amenities, it was satisfactory. When we arrived, we were allowed to check in with minimal problems. Staff was helpful and was aware of our situation when we arrived due to our late flight arrival. The area around the pool was adequate and we had a good view of the beach from our hotel room. Due to some confusion for our departure flight, we had to reserve a room for another day. I wish Expedia would have caught that error prior to our arrival so that an...
