"The bed seemed clean, under the bed was dirty. The tv worked. Tea and coffee making facilities but a bottle of tap water was all there was on offer. We did ask if there was a bar or somewhere we could get a drink but no. Had to use the toilet from the side for fear of going through the floor. Overall, if you just want somewhere to sleep it’s affordable and basic"

"This is an older guest house with limited facilities situated in a charming village just minutes from Gatwick Airport. There is no elevator or AC and the rooms are very small. In the room there was an electric kettle and provisions to make a cup of tea, no coffee. The staff was very helpful and carried my bags to the 3rd floor, The cab cost $23 from the airport. The village center is a 5 min walk with a variety of restaurants and shops. I had a one night stay, with a 20 hour layover, and...

"The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Very close to Gatwick airport and people in the town were friendly as well. Great for an overnight stay"

"Yes, clean room well appointed and decorated. Staff very efficient "

"Too many notes telling you not to scratch things. It was nothing like as described on website. Spoon holding the window fastener, other windows held together with duck tape. . Felt damp in there so needed heat. Bedding wasn’t Egyptian cotton, bottom sheet was pea green. Tap just dribbled water out of wash basin. Lane and track down to property was terrible, full of holes. We didn’t stay for breakfast or to sleep there."
