"The hosts upgraded us from a room to an apartment—it was a complimentary upgrade which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner with food from nearby markets. They gave us wonderful advice on day trips from the property and took a genuine interest in our day trips and lives. We will stay here again if we come back to Avignon. If I knew they had a heated swimming pool and hot tub I would have brought a bathing suit."

"It’s was a great location for walking but it’s pedestrian only so you have to walk a bit with luggage. Also no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. We were on the third floor so a bit of a work out. If you want cute and small this is perfect. We would stay again for sure."

"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. "The hotel is in a great location. We had a garden room and it was lovely being able to sit outside in the evening. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was big with a lively separate sitting area. The only negative is that some bits of the hotel seem a little tired but that was a minor point."
